Future Business Leaders of America - Washington Chapter

Washington Future Business Leaders of America envisions a world where Washington’s high school graduates become the most sought after employees and entrepreneurs in the USA. We accomplish this by bringing innovative career and personal development programs to over 4,000 members in grade 7-12 of all socioeconomic backgrounds in the 200+ Washington communities who host our chapters.
Washington Future Business Leaders of America (WAFBLA) is a career and technical student organization for students in grade 7-12. Our members are interested in careers in leadership, business, entrepreneurship, and STEM. We have approximately 4,000 students in 200+ public and private high schools and middle schools in Washington State-and growing. Our focus is on bringing high quality educational experiences to our wide variety of students around the state, which prepares them to be outstanding next generation business professionals. We see the high need for high school students to be more prepared for work, college, and entrepreneurial endeavors, and our programs are aimed at growing the students as self-confident, well-balanced leaders who know themselves and how to bring value to the companies and organizations they will join after graduation. Our programs are successful with diverse student populations, and focus on preparing students for the careers they choose–no matter where they live or where they want to go.
